It is the release time for Disney+ ... but Hulu is on Sunday so we will see if its a week delay or if Hulu releases it on Sunday.

Starting to look like a delay. They just released the dub for the remastered episodes 1-4 but still no sign of episode 5.
I'm going to give it a little longer before officially marking it as delayed.

Episode 5 has now been marked as released on the Crunchyroll calendar at 2:30PM PST.
It doesn't appear to be live yet but this appears to be the new air time.
EDIT: New air time is confirmed, Episodes 1 - 5 are now available on Crunchyroll with the reworked scenes... and WOW a lot of the problematic scenes are incredibly improved compared to before.

Likely the "Most Popular" filter causing the issue, try removing this. It is on the schedule so its a filter issue.

I agree, seemed to have been fixed relatively quickly especially for them, it was fine an hour later.
Yeah, it appears they were behind on getting the subs up. According their calendar they released it on time but that clearly wasn't the case.
Seems issues like this are becoming a lot more common on Crunchyroll over the past year.

It's one of the only animes this season I'm bothering to watch tho I will say anime studios need to learn pacing. Slow pacing is arguably worse than fast pacing
Srsly, this one catched me offguard as it didnt felt like a typical Isekai for me. Its not a visual masterpiece, and doesnt have to be one. It brings its own charm and catched me with the nice contrast of the hard ruling King that suddenly is surrounded by love. Looking forward for new episodes :)
The biggest problem is everyone got it in their head that since its such a good web novel it "has" to be Solo Leveling quality. imo its a fine watch, its nothing crazy but its not as bad as everyone is claiming it is..
From what I understand, this is getting a season 2 (so far), but its technically just a second cour, so we will be getting 24 total episodes with the current announcements.
I binged the web novel, couldn't put it down. Then tried watching it again and it was hard.
